Custom Drums Store
In the Custom Drums Store you can get new drum sets, snares, cymbals, percussion, and manage your custom drums anytime.
Like a real drummer in the music world, within this virtual game you can set up your drum set according to your preferences. The Custom Drums Store is where all the magic happens, featuring four main sections: Drum Sets, Cymbals, Snares, and Options. Within the first section, you can select a drum kit to configure and play. Once you've created a drum set, you can load it, make modifications, or acquire new sets to add to your Custom Drums collection.
Each drum set can be combined with various cymbals, snares, and other options.
These specific elements apply only to the currently selected drum set, allowing for tailored customization.
To load a drum set, whether new or one you already own, simply click on its icon.
After selecting a drum set, you have the option to click again to customize its appearance.
This involves three main steps: first, choose from 40 available drum shell designs
and preview them applied to your custom drums.
Next, pick drum heads for the toms and kick drum, available in white, transparent, or black finishes, along with hardware finishes in chrome, gold, or black.
Finally, choose the sound for the toms and kick drums. When you're satisfied with your design, click FINISH to complete your custom setup.
Selecting cymbals, snare drums, and other accessories is straightforward. Simply click on their icons to choose them. For snare drums and accessories, you can even hear their sound as you make your selection.

Custom Drums Game Key Settings
Whenever you get a new drum set in the Custom Drums Store, you'll use the default game settings keys to play it.
To modify the game keys for a drum set, start by selecting KEYS from the bottom game menu.
Next, click on the button corresponding to the element you wish to assign—such as the snare drum,
bass drum, toms, hi-hat, or cymbals—and then press the key you want to link to that element.
Keep in mind that only unassigned keys can be selected for your custom drum setup.
If your keyboard struggles with multiple keystrokes, changing the keys can help prevent keyboard "ghosting" issues.
To clear all current settings and reset the game keys, click RESET.
To return to the default configuration, select DEFAULT.
If you want to keep your chosen key setup for the current drum set, click SAVE.
Note, however, that changing the cymbals in a drum set will erase your saved key settings.
For this reason, finalize your cymbal selection before saving.
All Custom Drums configurations and other progress made in our
music making games
are stored using Local Storage.
Be aware that switching to a different internet browser or clearing your browser's cache
will result in the loss of both game progress and customized settings.

Custom Drums Game Sound Settings
Custom Drums features a control panel to adapt the volume of every drum set to the songs and the music you want to play.
To adjust the sound settings on a drum set, press the SOUNDS button in the menu. Within the sound panel, you'll find controls for the main volume, dynamics, and individual sliders for each component of the virtual drum set.
By moving these sliders, you can fine-tune the volume of each drum and cymbal,
tailoring the drum sound to suit the music or songs you wish to play.
The dynamics control allows you to alter the distinction between single strokes and rolls.
Lower values result in a more powerful but uniform sound, while higher values
provide a smoother tone with more realistic rolls.
To reset to the default sound settings, click DEFAULT.
If you'd like to save your customized sound settings for the current drum set, click SAVE.
Keep in mind that Virtual Drumming's online music games and Custom Drums rely on Local Storage.
If you switch internet browsers or clear your browser's cache,
your Custom Drums settings will be lost, requiring you to start over.
